SlipSolv™ is a uniquely formulated chemical compound designed to react with silica sand in any mineral surface. All mineral-based surfaces are porous by nature. When SlipSolv™ is applied, the natural pores are widened and deepened to create a tread pattern that is not slippery.

SlipSolv™ can be safely applied and reapplied without jeopardizing the structural composition of the material on which it is used. Many other slip-proofing solutions are coatings and eventually crack, peel or rub off.

SlipSolv™ works into the surface itself so it will not crack, peel, chip, or discolor with age. There is no set up, curing, or drying time required. The surfaces treated can be used immediately after treatment.

High traffic areas will remain slip-resistant for an average of two years from the date of application as long as the surface is maintained with approved cleaning agents. The tread pattern created will be effective until it is worn down by use or weather. The surface can then be re-treated in high traffic areas to maximize slip-resistance. Bathtub applications last for life.
